跨文化背景下商业广告设计的视觉元素关注度研究——以餐饮类平面广告为例

本文以餐饮类平面广告为实验材料,研究了中国和美国被试者对平面广告中的图形、色彩、文字、编排及构图等视觉元素的关注度。本研究从文化认知理论出发,以文化认知差异为前提,探寻了东西方族群对商业广告中出现的视觉信息的不同处理方式。以商业广告中视觉设计的原则为标准,解构了平面广告设计中的视觉构成元素并进行一一比较,得出商业平面广告设计中中美两国被试者的视觉元素关注度差异。最终获取了各种视觉元素的评估结果和相对权重,形成了商业图形广告设计元素关注度的先后顺序。这一实验结果对跨文化认知心理理论在跨国广告设计中的应用有借鉴和启发作用,可以为跨国公司和设计师提供技术指导,设计出更符合消费者需求的商业广告。     

组织内人际信任对员工创造力的作用：基于元分析的证据

采用元分析方法收集56项人际信任与员工创造力关系的独立实证研究样本(17482个个体样本)进行再分析,结果表明：人际信任能有效激发员工创造力,人际信任与员工创造力存在显著中等强度的正向关系(r=0.34)；感知到领导信任、同事间相互信任较信任领导对员工创造力的作用都大；当数据来源于同一个体时,得到的人际信任对员工创造力影响水平更高；人际信任对员工创造力的作用在新生代员工群体中较年长员工群体显著；东方文化背景下人际信任对员工创造力的作用强度要高于西方文化背景；发展水平低的国家中,人际信任对员工创造力的作用要大于发展水平高的国家。     

Integration of network data envelopment analysis and decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory for the performance evaluation of the financial holding companies in Taiwan

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) has been constantly used to measure the technical efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs). However, the major problem of traditional DEA methods is that they do not consider the possible intermediate effects. Recently, many papers have applied network DEA models to evaluate the efficiency scores. However, the linking activity of DMUs is still hard to be recognized. Hence, we employ DEMATEL to obtain the linking activity of DMUs. Our empirical research shows that the proposed method can soundly deal with the purpose of identifying the relationship between variables and derive the reasonable result in network DEA.     

大型金融机构室内定位系统高效中间件的设计

金融机构内的重要区域对安全性及金融人员监管有较高的要求。由于室内环境复杂和所处理数据庞大等因素,室内定位系统在定位过程中会出现数据丢失和处理结果滞后的情况,导致安全性下降。本文设计的中间件通过初始化阶段预处理数据,在结合并行模式的线程池管理基础上,通过添加环形队列缓存池,达到了提高系统运行效率、减少数据丢包率和增强系统抗压能力的目的。中间件架构的可行性通过了实验验证。     

R&D Investments and Tax Incentives: The Role of Intra-Firm Cross-Border Collaboration*

U.S. multinational corporations increasingly use intra-firm, cross-border research collaboration to disperse R&D across different countries. This paper investigates the implications of such collaboration on the abilities of firms to garner benefits from R&D tax incentives. We find that the association between R&D intensity and tax incentives is three to five times larger when firms have extensive cross-border collaboration connected to a country. We also find that the effect is stronger when local intellectual property protection is weaker and when local innovation resources are higher. Our results suggest that cross-border collaboration helps firms achieve more tax-efficient R&D investments both by reducing the nontax frictions posed by weak intellectual property protection and by increasing the nontax benefits of foreign R&D.     

Contracting and Reporting Conservatism around a Change in Fiduciary Duties*

We exploit an influential 1991 Delaware court ruling to examine simultaneously two types of conservatism that play important roles in resolving creditor–owner agency conflicts: contracting conservatism and reporting conservatism. The ruling expanded managerial fiduciary duties in favor of creditors for Delaware-incorporated firms in the vicinity of insolvency. In those firms, following the ruling, debt contracts are less likely to include conservative adjustments to accounting numbers used for covenant compliance (i.e., contracting conservatism decreases), while public financial reporting becomes more conservative (i.e., reporting conservatism increases). The decrease in contracting conservatism is concentrated in firms that exhibit a greater increase in reporting conservatism, suggesting that reporting conservatism is more cost-effective in resolving agency conflicts. In addition, the substitution effect is more pronounced in firms facing greater business uncertainty and firms with greater board independence.     

明清徽州土地字号的分配与使用实态

明清时代的徽州民间文书和赋役文献广泛使用土地字号。明初,土地字号的分配单元是保,万历清丈以后逐渐演变为以图为单位,显示出图甲组织在基层地籍编造管理中的作用。在图甲组织的地籍管理、民间社会的契约表述等实际使用场合,土地字号与基层单元的结合仍带有明显的都保痕迹。图甲的增减变动也对字号分配有较大影响。     

创新资源集聚、技术创新成果与企业成长——基于我国上市IT企业面板数据的实证研究

文章运用Eviews 6.0软件,以沪深49家IT企业的面板数据实证研究创新资源集聚、技术创新成果产出、企业成长三者的内在关联,并对家族企业和非家族企业的技术创新进行对比研究。研究发现,研发人员数达到促进技术创新成果产出的门槛值以后,其与技术创新成果产出之间会呈现显著正向关系,与企业成长之间仅存在边际意义上的U型关系;产学研合作和企业成长呈现出显著的U型关系,但与企业技术创新成果的产出也只存在边际意义上的U型关系;研发支出与企业技术创新成果产出和企业成长均只存在边际意义上的U型关系;技术创新成果与企业成长之间存在显著U型关系;产权属性对企业技术创新存在影响,家族企业较非家族企业更加注重技术创新实践。
